Apple and Google developer accounts, payment processing fees, paid plugins and third-party subscriptions are separate. Taxes and the final total are confirmed before the agreement. There is no separate launch fee.

Before launch we check compatibility with your platform, payments and delivery methods and agree on integrations and custom workflows. A plan listing does not mean every third-party plugin is already supported.

Points need understandable rules: earning, expiry and redemption. The server confirms the balance and refunds reverse earned points. Advanced loyalty programmes are scoped under Business.

What we agree before launch

First, define roles, the source of truth, payment and cancellation rules, and repeated actions. Test failures and network loss separately. A tap alone must never confirm a payment or appointment.

Design refunds, partial redemption, promotion combinations and shared balances across devices. Award points after a confirmed server event. Measure repeat order frequency and margin after rewards, not just how many points were issued.

Integrations and data

CRM or rewards system: balance, accrual and redemption. One transaction ledger prevents repeated redemption.

Connection depends on your system’s API, version and permissions. Verify a test exchange, not just a provider logo. Do not submit passwords or secret keys in the enquiry form.

Plans and next steps

Start is €79/month and Business is €149/month. Launch is included in both plans. Complex features, migrations and third-party subscriptions are assessed separately after agreeing the brief.
