Separate capacity-limited group classes from personal training with a particular coach. A membership may limit visits, dates or class types. A waiting list only works with clear rules for claiming a released place.

How to verify the result

Plan membership freezes, late cancellations and attendance checks. Never deduct a visit twice on a repeated request. Test two people claiming the last place and reconcile credits after cancellations and refunds.

Describe your current process, number of locations, required languages and main customer journey. Agree what belongs in the first release, what needs separate estimation and how you will accept the result.

First, define roles, the source of truth, payment and cancellation rules, and repeated actions. Test failures and network loss separately. A tap alone must never confirm a payment or appointment.
