Apple and Google developer accounts, payment processing fees, paid plugins and third-party subscriptions are separate. Taxes and the final total are confirmed before the agreement. There is no separate launch fee.
Before launch we check compatibility with your platform, payments and delivery methods and agree on integrations and custom workflows. A plan listing does not mean every third-party plugin is already supported.
Repeat visits to a favourite barber matter. Combine a haircut and beard trim in one appointment, account for breaks and shifts, and agree how late arrivals affect the schedule.
First, define roles, the source of truth, payment and cancellation rules, and repeated actions. Test failures and network loss separately. A tap alone must never confirm a payment or appointment.
Show rescheduling and cancellation rules before confirmation. Account for the location’s time zone, changed durations and repeated taps. Customers should see the current appointment status; reminders should open the specific booking rather than a generic home screen.
Barber schedules: shifts, breaks and combined services. Rescheduling must update both systems.
Connection depends on your system’s API, version and permissions. Verify a test exchange, not just a provider logo. Do not submit passwords or secret keys in the enquiry form.
Start is €79/month and Business is €149/month. Launch is included in both plans. Complex features, migrations and third-party subscriptions are assessed separately after agreeing the brief.
Describe your current process, number of locations, required languages and main customer journey. Agree what belongs in the first release, what needs separate estimation and how you will accept the result.
A first version for one salon can focus on services, specialists, available times and repeat bookings.
Customers select a service, professional and time.
A reminder should enable an action: confirm, move or cancel a visit.
Start with specialties, practitioner profiles, free slots and preparation instructions.
Tell us about your business. We’ll discuss customer journeys, design, integrations and the launch plan.
